Criswell Chevrolet's Service Department was able to diagnose the problem and repair my truck. While my truck was in the shop, I was given a very nice loaner vehicle to drive. The whole process was very smooth. There was good communication from the service department. I felt as if they really cared about fixing my truck and making sure it was done right.
