My fiance and I had been vehicle shopping for a few weeks before stumbling upon Criswell and Mike Chuckerel. We were actually on our way home on a Monday night around 7pm from another dealership in frederick before stumbling upon Criswell and Mike Chuckerel. We were actually on our way home on a Monday night around 7pm from another dealership in frederick when my fiance was online looking for Honda Pilots when we came across 2 at Criswell so we swung in. Mike greeted us with a smile as we walked inside and couldn't have been more helpful with absolutely no pressure. Mike answered every question and concern we had with what we felt was not a salesman but a good friend helping us through this process which everybody knows buying a car can be very stressful but Mike made it the easiest purchase process I've ever had. We actually left that night and planned on continuing our search elsewhere which we did but Mike actually saved us from making a significant financial mistake at another dealership by researching on his own time and his day off the other vehicle that we told him we were going to purchase elsewhere. After talking to him and him explaining his findings we knew Mike was our guy because he was genuine with his approach and just wanted to help us out whether we bought from him or the other location. We decided to go back and deal with Mike and he turned us over to the next great team member at criswell which was Richard Baker the finance man. Once he got our deal into the computer the payments were significantly higher than we anticipated and were ready to continue our search for something cheaper. Richard said hang on a second and started punching the keys on the computer and within 10 mins he got our interest lowered over a full percentage point and had the manager make an adjustment and got our payment exactly where we wanted it. I know this is a long review but I really just wanted anyone that reads reviews to know how great of an experience we had at criswell with Mike, Richard and anybody we had any contact with. Great dealership. Great selection and an even better staff top to bottom. We couldn't be happier. If you need a vehicle contact Mike you won't be disappointed I promise.
