As I step foot on the service department all personnel greeted me as they knew me from long time. I experienced great customer service that should be the standard for all places that deals with people on greeted me as they knew me from long time. As I arrived, my loaner truck was ready for me and Brandon went above and beyond to get all my paperwork ready to get going. He called me and gave me status of my truck and it did not took more than a minute to have me get my truck and head home. Brandon's quality of service and attention is worth for me to drive 45 mins and get taken of rather than the dealer next door from me. I really appreciate it. Keep up the great work. I also need to mention that I screwed up on a online review in the past and gave him a "not so good" review there.
