Honest, Straight Forward, Respectful, Family Oriented Mike Boyce and Jeff Croteau are excellent. They did exactly what they said they would do on the phone, are straight forward, and very respectful. No Pressure, Great Customer Service We live 2 hours away from Thurmont, but happened to be in the area on a Saturday afternoon and stopped by Criswell on a whim to look at a Corvette. W We live 2 hours away from Thurmont, but happened to be in the area on a Saturday afternoon and stopped by Criswell on a whim to look at a Corvette. We looked at a few vehicles on the lot and then went inside to speak with a salesperson. Kathryn immediately greeted us and offered to walk outside with us to discuss the car that piqued our interest. She answered our questions thoroughly and honestly and promptly arranged for us to take a test drive in a 2019 Corvette. We hadn't come prepared to make a purchase and still wanted to look at a few other cars that were on our list for consideration. By Monday, we were on the phone with Kathryn to inform her of our intention to purchase the Corvette, if the price was right. She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that happened by offering a great deal on the car of our dreams and by working around our schedule to finalize the purchase. Kathryn's no pressure sales techniques are refreshing and helped to make this an enjoyable car buying experience for us. Criswell is lucky to have her on their team!! More
