Great I talked to Mike to day about 2018 Chevy Silverado. I had mention I would like to stay in a price range but I was not sure if I would be approved. Mike had Suggested that we do the credit check etc. first before I looked and test drive any trucks. I Greatly appreciated being approved first it kept me from getting disappointed. I was treated very respectfully and he was not smart talking toward me or pushy. Mike was honest and was very confident that It should not be an issue with me getting approved for the loan. He Nailed that one I was approved thank GOD and Mike and Andy. I would recommend everyone go to Criswell. I will go back there for my next purchase. You wont regret it. After looking for several months online, I found the exact vehicle I wanted, a 2018 Grand Sport, in Admiral Blue, with a manual and chrome wheels. This was my 6th Vette, and the first new one in a decade, as I had sought out certified lightly used models for the last 4 cars. Dustin and I emailed and spoke over the weekend, arranged most of the details, and I drove the 220 miles to get there with my trade, a 2012 Vette/. Dustin was knowledgeable and efficient, the dealership was honest in all of its representations, we agreed on a fair value for my trade, and financing was completed. I do not recall the name of the woman in finance but she was excellent. She promptly answered all of my questions, and worked with me to meet the parameters of my financing plan. I drove away with a great new car in less than 2 hours. I have dealt with a lot of car dealers, and this was amongst my best experiences. More
