I’ve been a customer of Criswell Chevrolet GMC since purchasing my vehicle here in 2015, and unfortunately this experience has been extremely disappointing. I dropped my car off at 9:13 AM and was to purchasing my vehicle here in 2015, and unfortunately this experience has been extremely disappointing. I dropped my car off at 9:13 AM and was told I would receive an update within a couple of hours. I did not hear anything for the entire day and had to follow up multiple times myself. By late afternoon, I was told the vehicle had not even been diagnosed and may need to stay until Monday. At no point was I proactively updated, and I was left without transportation. When I raised concerns, the situation was framed as though I should have paid out-of-pocket for a rental earlier in the day, despite being told I would have a timely update. This is not the first time I’ve experienced communication issues here, which makes this even more frustrating. After spending over $2,000 on recent service, I expected a higher level of customer care and accountability. I understand that delays can happen, but clear communication and basic consideration for customers’ time and transportation needs should be standard. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership for service. This experience has also made me reconsider purchasing from this dealership again in the future. More

My experience at Criswell was wonderful. Every time I go I work with the service advisor Drew Peterson and he is great. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Service appt for a water pump replacement at 68. 5k miles. Typical GM, right??. Nonetheless, I found the quotes reasonably comparable and reasonable for the D.C. region. Please keep this valuable service. Drew Petersen receives a gold medal for excellent overall service and Devin a gold medal for friendliness and helping me out of my pissy mood 🏅 You might consider another location for the service waiting room. I counted 8 indiscreet F-bombs by staff members in a span of 10 minutes, one of which referred to a customer ("f**ker"). Poor decorum. Not meant as a complaint, but more as a suggestion. More

Dina Bartolomeo is the best Service Advisor that I have dealt with in my 38 years of buying cars. She's professional,knowledgable, kind, considerate, and passionate about making sure her customers are take dealt with in my 38 years of buying cars. I had made my mind up that Criswell Chevrolet would not be servicing my 2024 C8 ever again in the near future but Dina stepped in and cleared up an unpleasant experience that was taking place during my first visit at Criswell.
