"GM Warranty Fraud"

Took my 2016 Colorado there for the well known transmission shudder. After few days I picked it up was told by the service advisor that the mechanic road tested the truck and could not duplicate the issue i described and for which there are numerous TSBs out regarding the shudder. problem was the drop off mileage and pickup mileage were identical. They never drove the truck. They just lied about road testing it.

I have never, until now, proactively given feedback on an auto service rep. The reason I’m doing so in Terry’s case is because I found him and the service he provided to be exceptional. Other service reps, and not just Criswell’s, have, with only a couple of exceptions, treated me respectfully and professionally. But I have also felt like I was just another customer (which I understand that is what I am). However, Terry treated me like more than a customer, more like a friend.

"Honest and Upfront "

I brought my new car in to have brakes looked at because since I bought the vehicle one month prior, brakes have been making high pitch squeak periodically so Jared told me they would take a look at it and I told them I had 3rd party warranty company, SilverRock. After they looked at vehicle they could t find anything noticeable but also said the proper techs weren’t available on Saturday and Jared asked me to come back during the week. They didn’t even make me pay for the diagnostic since I’d be coming back and can pay them instead of being charged twice. Jared also gave me great advice for the warranty company. Look forward to coming back. They seem friendly and honest so hopefully that continues at my next visit

I just wanted let you know how impressed I was with the service from Dina Bartolomeo. I brought my Camaro with AC issues last year, and later contacted Dina for an issue with the engine through phone and was both times 100% impressed by her prompt response, particularly, how well she kept me informed about each things that was going on with fixing the car AC, which is something I have never come across any Auto repair shop. Dina is the type of person, any employers need if they are planning to run an excellent successful business.excellent service, very impressed, all the best!

"Very Disappointed in Service, terrible Customer Service "

I made an appointment for 8am on Friday to have an Oil Change. Tire Rotation, wheel alignment and to diagnose a leaking tire. I dropped my car off at 730 and was told it should take 2 hours to complete. I never saw the service adviser I dropped my car with, so after the 2.5 hour mark I went to inquiry about my car and talked to the Service Manager (I didn't know this until I looked at the website today). He stated he was going to look into it. 30 mins later (we are at the 3 hour mark) I got word that I was going to be on the road in a few minutes. 30 mins later my car was ready to go and I was out the door. The service work took 3.5 hours to complete for minor service work. I have never had a good experience with the service and I am not sure why I keep coming back. Finding a good reliable person to work on your car is the hardest thing to do and in my opinion Chriwell Chevy is not it. I would report this to the Service Manager, but like I said above he is the one that I dealt with after the 1st one went MIA.

"Dina B. was extremely helpful!!!"

Nobody likes to take time out of our busy lives to deal with stuff... Stuff like oil changes, tire rotation, etc.... That does not sound like a fun, EXCEPT, when you got people like Dina B. at Criswell. She makes the process pain-free! She communicates with you upfront and offers a shuttle service or wait in the lobby. I chose to wait and she periodically checked on me to keep me informed on the status. I'm very thankful for the hard work of the technician/mechanic who worked on my vehicle and the cashier as well for checking me out! Its takes a great Criswell team to keep my vehicle safe and running on the roads again, many thanks!!!

"Awful Experience "

Worst Chevrolet dealership in America, complete lack of compassion by entire staff, mainly management. I feel completely taken advantage of, bad place. We are across the country with no vehicle and they could care less. Someone at Chevrolet has to care correct?
