If you want a transparent, fast, and completely stress-free car-buying experience, go see Bryan Rosales and "T" at Sport Chevrolet. Bryan, the Sales Manager, reached out to me via email late on a Friday night to work out an out-of-the-door (OTD) price. He gave me a fantastic upfront deal that beat out a competing offer, with absolutely zero games. I placed a deposit to hold the 2027 Bolt EV that night, and when I arrived early Saturday morning, they already had everything ready to roll. Bryan introduced me to T, who looked after me for the rest of the visit. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a great test drive. She sensed right away that I already knew the car inside and out, so she didn't waste time trying to "sell" me on features or push unwanted add-ons. Even the finance department was a breeze—in and out in less than 15 minutes! Before I left, the detailing crew noticed a couple of minor scratches on the side and went completely above and beyond, choosing to buff the entire side of the car so the paint looked flawlessly uniform. No upsells, no hidden fees, just great people doing business the right way. Love my new Bolt EV. I highly recommend Sport Chevrolet!

We came in ready to look for a new truck. Even though it was raining off and on, Zaki met us quickly. I explained what I was looking for and he found us the interiors and exteriors that I thought I might like. He even had to go to overflow lots to find some of my wish list items. We picked out the truck I liked and while we waited for financing with Hamza, Zak helped me set up my phone app and get a copy of my title from the DMV. It saved us from making multiple trips and I'm sure many phone calls. A great experience in what is normally quite frustrating.

Extremely disappointing experience. Abel from the service department repeatedly told me they were still waiting on parts for my infotainment system and grille, but no one ever contacted me after the parts arrived. I was later told the parts had been returned, yet when I called the parts department, I was informed they had only been sent back the day after I called. The conflicting information and lack of communication wasted weeks of my time. Now the dealership is closing, my repairs were never completed, and I have to start the entire warranty process all over again at another dealership. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Place has gone down. My wife had a bad experience 3 years ago where they treated her like horribly. I though maybe this was a one time incident but then it happened to me and I stopped going. I went against my better judgement by trying to save time and not having to go to two different dealerships. I get complimentary state inspection here and I decided get oil change. They have always accepted a competitors coupon and this time the service manager straight up told me no because it was way too much of a discount compared to their normal pricing. However they sent in the mail a coupon pamphlet stating bring a competitors coupon and we'll match it. Ive reported them to Chevrolet Corporate and I hope something is done about it. Don't go here take your money somewhere else l, where they'll appreciate you as a consumer.

Typical dealer. I get there and the test drive/initial discussion goes well. Then I guess I am handed off to finance for the next 2.5 hours. My sales person disappears as I guess he is selling more cars. Every once in a while some one comes back. At the 3 hours mark, I find the manager and general manager. I tell them they have 5 min to close the deal or I walk out. It takes another hour to literally sign 8 papers. Fast forward 1 week and no papers emailed to me (as promised). I call and of course their ppl cant answer any questions. I call 5 times and never get to someone. I send an angry text to my salesperson who is able to get me the papers. Fast forward another week. The lease buy out on my traded in car hasn’t been processed. I call and once again leave a message. At this point, I am regretting my decision and should have picked another dealer as the car is lovely. I am also wondering if need to open a ticket with Chevrolet customer service as well. Why does it take this long to do this and why is it this hard to copy numbers from one thing to another. I see lots of ppl have a good experience with this dealer, but I can’t say the same. The only reason I have it 2 stars vice 1 is the parts department. I was promised all weather mats for free and the gentleman in parts was great. They were out of stock, but he looked anyways and found everything in the back. Even helped me load the car as the mats were huge. Update (4.24.26) - down to one star (I would remove it if i could). My temp tags are expiring in less than two weeks and not a single person can tell me what is going on. MVA hasnt issued anything to me, Henry has ignored 3 of my emails, and their customer service line just ignores emails. So, i guess the only option is to not have a car once these tags expire? By far - the worst experience i have had yet with buying a car and 100% WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. My next stop is a complaint directly to Chevrolet.

Horrible Service, rude, totally no communication, good luck getting someone to even pick up the phone, when i finally had someone on the line and told them what was wrong, was first told i could wait for it, but when i arrived told i had to leave it, then car not ready when told it would be, and then told that they lost my key, did not bother to notify when new one came in, only when i called asked about it did i find out it the key had been sitting there for a week, and then they refused to mail it to me! So once again had to make the trip there. And this was for a car that I purchased there new! Never again!

If it were possible, I would give Damascus Chevrolet negative stars. I found the salesmen to be pushy and obnoxious. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Damascus Chevrolet for a car. I had trouble getting anyone to help me, either on the phone or when I sent an email. The sales people are unprofessional, and just rude. I was given false information about a car over the phone, I suspect just to get me to come in. Steer clear of this dealership unless you feel you need to be punished for something. They embody every negative stigmatism of the characteristics of a used car salesman. BY FAR, the WORST dealership I've ever had the misfortune to visit. I won't ever go back; unless of course I want to taunt them mercilessly. They don't deserve your business. Stay away!
