Criswell Chevrolet and Emma Cook are the best I have a 2008 Saturn VUE which I have serviced by Criswell Chevrolet since I moved to Maryland in 2012. I had originally bought a third party warranty I have a 2008 Saturn VUE which I have serviced by Criswell Chevrolet since I moved to Maryland in 2012. I had originally bought a third party warranty that was from my original Saturn dealer in Colorado Springs, CO. The warranty company is horrible, and Emma is outstanding with doing the calls and talking to them for me. Emma takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car, and then works with me to be able to prioritize repairs and maintenance to make it convenient and affordable to me. I can't say enough good things about Emma and Criswell Chevrolet. More

Finally got warranty service! Woo!! I had been having issues with a squeaky fan that magically stopped every time I tried to bring my car in to get it checked out. Emma Cook tried so har I had been having issues with a squeaky fan that magically stopped every time I tried to bring my car in to get it checked out. Emma Cook tried so hard to work with me, being wonderfully flexible to get my car in when it was misbehaving. When my factory warranty was about to expire, Criswell Chevy said they'd honor the repair if I could ever get it diagnosed! Well today I took Ken the mechanic on a drive and, even though he couldn't hear the squeak, he managed to diagnose the problem from a combination of my descriptions and a video I'd taken of the sound. After that the repair was quick and painless! Emma was caring and friendly, remembering me each time I came in. After almost a years worth of elusive squeaky fan, Emma and Ken got the problem solved. I will definitely come back for that kind of customer (and vehicle) service. More

First Major repair I bought the car from this dealer 5 years ago after comparing a few other dealers for style and price offered. They sold me the car with 2 years free I bought the car from this dealer 5 years ago after comparing a few other dealers for style and price offered. They sold me the car with 2 years free oil changes so I used them. After that I tried them once and the costs seemed competitive and I trusted the staff. I had engine trouble recently and needed a costly repair to the engine actuator and 4 new tires. I usually go to NTB but the repair sales staff matched price and gave me a great price on all the work, plus discount on the loaner car they helped me rent from their property. All very convenient and cost effective. More
