They found the Jeep we wanted Foster Gambrell III worked to find the exact Jeep we wanted (unlike another Jeep dealership in Rockville). It took him about a day to find it and by the next weekend we were back at the dealership test driving the Jeep. Foster showed us all the features of the vehicle and linked our phones. He answered all our questions without referring us to the manual like many salespeople do. He didn't pressure us for a sale (we just debated the price, of course) and we didn't feel rushed or ignored. A positive experience. More

I have spent the past two months asking my salesman for them to no avail. He's a nice guy, a good salesman and I would recommend him, and maybe the resolution is above his pay grade, but xxxx - two months to get a set of pedals that should have been on the car when I took delivery? Really? More
