We don't usually write reviews - but were honestly very impressed with this dealership. After trying a few other Jeep dealers (including Rockville), we were always very disappointed with the customer servi impressed with this dealership. After trying a few other Jeep dealers (including Rockville), we were always very disappointed with the customer service. Often very difficult to make an appointment or speak with someone who actually seems to care about our time. But at this Gaithersburg dealership, it was the exact opposite. Super friendly, responsive and caring. We've already come back a few times for oil change, Jeep maintenance etc - and will trust them for anything related to our Jeep. Great quality and service - honestly. More
We had done all of our oil changes and maintenance here, had usually had good experiences (except our control settings were always messed up when we picked up the car.) But we recently brought our Jeep in b had usually had good experiences (except our control settings were always messed up when we picked up the car.) But we recently brought our Jeep in because the sunroof wasn’t closing. Criswell told us there was no way to fix it, their only suggestion was to have a body shop replace the entire roof of the car at a price of over six thousand dollars!!! And they said there was no guarantee that it would work, or that the roof wouldn’t leak. Called Jeep customer service directly, they sent us to another local Jeep dealer, who were able to completely fix our sunroof for $700 plus some parts. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to Criswell ever again. More

In over 27 years of owning vehicles from various manufacturers from numerous Service Advisor regarding Jeep and Chrysler vehicles, listen to Vanessa! In over 27 years of owning vehicles from various manufacturers from numerous dealerships, Vanessa is the ONLY one that I trust completely. Hands down. She actually listens, understands, and gives a __ about what I am saying/talking about and answers my question honestly. Not saying that other service agents at other dealerships lied to me, but Vanessa knows her stuff and doesn't waste my time. Any negative reviews of Vanessa should be based on the dealerships level and lack of ability to service vehicles efficiently, not on her. An oil change should not take 2 hours, so to review her negatively isn't fair when she isn't the one doing the oil change. She's only the first step of the service center process and she can only rely on the information given to her from the mechanics and such. More

Buyer beware. Very bad experience at Criswell Dodge. Went there for new tires at $750. Billed $1577 for unnecessary work and tires were almost two years old. No resolution to-date. I chose to go to Criswell Chrysler Jeep for service because the service department is awesome! Shane and Vanessa helped me out with one of my tires that had a bolt/nail in it (this week) and the wheel because the service department is awesome! Shane and Vanessa helped me out with one of my tires that had a bolt/nail in it (this week) and the wheel was also stuck onto the vehicle due to a over tightened lug bolt. They fixed everything and they are awesome, Criswell has a wonderful team in the service department!! More

When I traded in my JKU with new 2019 JLU Rubicon, F&I sold me Jeep Wave program, supposedly a special treatment for Wrangler owner. 2 years later at 20,500 miles: I never get a single Car Wash promised a sold me Jeep Wave program, supposedly a special treatment for Wrangler owner. 2 years later at 20,500 miles: I never get a single Car Wash promised and have had low tire pressure and top-off my washer fluid within 2 weeks post visit. DON'T PURCHASE JEEP WAVE! Now that my free oil changes and tire rotation have expired, I'm changing my own oil and could not rotate my tires b/c I couldn't find my wheel lock inside the car (So glad I've not gotten a flat tire!). Brought to Service thinking that they may have removed it during service and forgot to return. Or replace them for me. But I'm told to purchase the $70 item. They've been calling me to purchase additional services but there's no way I'm going back to Chriswell Gaithersburg! More
Jim Clutter has come in clutch every time I had to bring my 2015 Dodge Durango R/T in for service especially during COVID, a I still had to go to work. Great Experience! My husband and I schedule an appointment for service. Upon arrival, the Service Department was buzzing. We were meet by a very helpful Service staff member, Michael. He welcom appointment for service. Upon arrival, the Service Department was buzzing. We were meet by a very helpful Service staff member, Michael. He welcomed us and got us to a Service Advisor, Neil. While speaking to Neil on the purpose of our visit, Michael got up from his desk to assist us with functions of our Pacifica. When we made the appointment, we thought there was an issue with the vehicle. He took the time to explain how things work, even things we did not know. He provided a hands-on demonstration, how-to walk-through of screens (radio and instrument panel), and demonstrated how things are activated. In short, we made an appointment thinking we were having an issue. Michael took his time, he did not rush, and even invited us to come back at any time for follow-up questions. During our short wait time, he topped off our fluids, checked the battery, and checked our tires. Even though we never got a low tire alert, he found a nail in our left rear tire requiring a replacement tire. Michael put us at ease to enjoy our journey to Chicago. In closing, we have a very pleasant and enjoyable experience during our visit. Note: When leaving this review, we did not see a photo of Michael. More
