Jae was with another customer upon our arrival but had the manager there ready to help too. Calvin took us over to financing where we meet Jessica. She went through all the options in detail and was able to meet our credit union rates. They had the car detailed while we finished financing. Highly recommend the Used Car team and Jessica! More

service department rip-off I have an obvious battery drain in circuit 23 backup. I had to pull that fuse to keep the battery from going dead. I took it in to get it diagnos I have an obvious battery drain in circuit 23 backup. I had to pull that fuse to keep the battery from going dead. I took it in to get it diagnosed, they charged me $140 and said they could not find anything wrong. They replace the fuse and it went dead in two days. I even isolated the circuit for them. To diagnose that problem you need to pull the interior fuse box and disconnect various connectors from the back until the amp flow across the battery stops. It's a fairly simple procedure. They didn't even try! More

So pleased! I came to look at a car I saw online that I was interested in. It was there and Jay the Used Car salesman came right out and seriously was beyond a I came to look at a car I saw online that I was interested in. It was there and Jay the Used Car salesman came right out and seriously was beyond amazing through the whole process. He related to why I told him I was there, I bought a used Acura last year in VA and these people sold me an absolute lemon and I have been stuck with this car and it's massive depreciation of problems throughout the year despite me doing everything necessary to treat it completely well and the never ending service needs. Jay said he was a former Acura and Honda mechanic and I told him I wanted to get back to a Honda. He gave me background on my Acura and was beyond helpful having me confirm my original belief that I wanted to get back to a Honda. Again, I can not say enough how off the charts amazing Jay was through the whole entire process. I felt completely comfortable throughout the process and Jay has a gift of making one feel like Jay has been like a friend from the past. And Jessica from finance was also great through that process and her knowledge and advice was a perfect fit along with my New Honda. I ended up with all that I believed to be necessary for my car with Jessica and she too was an absolute pleasure to work with through my very enjoyable process of buying my car. My hats are off to both Jay and Jessica. You have to very good people there and I am pleased for they being chosen to be the ones who worked with me through my process of buying my car. And Jay finished off after I was done with Jessica, where he put on my plates and helped me program my phone to the blue tooth. And yes, I have already bragged about my great experience to friends who know of my purchase, that Jay was an absolute super hero and perfect salesman to assist throughout the whole process and Jessica giving me the perfect fits of extras that I am comfortable in having for my new car. Yes I would refer others as I have spoken well so far to those whom are aware so far of my purchase. Criswell Honda of GermanTown has my respects off of Jay and Jessica. A sincere thanks to Jay and Jessica. And Gary from service called me today about wanting to see when I could get in for my Lojack installation. He too was a pleasure to talk to and I look forward with meeting him next week upon my installation of my Lojack system. Again, hats off in my mind with Criswell Honda of Germantown. Our search for a new 2017 Honda Accord EX-L brought us back to Criswell Honda. Mr. Dominique Vattuone went above and beyond to help us and explain all of the new technology. He is a credit to his profession! Ms. Jessica Baum from the Finance Department was also very efficient and helpful. A special thank you to Dominique and Jessica for making our second experience with Criswell Honda great! More
Hard Choice, Right Decision Many years ago (2003 & 2005) we bought 3 Saturns from Dominique Vattuone. That was such a positive experience that, when we decided we needed to rep Many years ago (2003 & 2005) we bought 3 Saturns from Dominique Vattuone. That was such a positive experience that, when we decided we needed to replace one of the Saturns, our first action was to contact Dominique. It was a happy coincidence that he just happened to be working at a dealership that sold Hondas. (It turns out he can sell most of the car brands that Criswell carries - Honda, Nissan, Chevy, Maserati...) We acted wisely. Dominique listened carefully to our needs and picked out two models for us to test drive. After some thought it was clear that the Accord was the car we were looking for so we bought it that day. Dominique did all the administrative chores for us. He, literally, shepherded us through the process. He arranged the new registration, had the plates transferred to the new car, arranged the financing, escorted us to any other offices we needed to visit, and a million other details. It would have taken us weeks to get all those technicalities squared away. He made it clear if we had any problems with the car, ever, to contact him first, and he would personally ensure that they would be tended to quickly and accurately. Everyone we dealt with at Criswell was polite and helpful. I loved my Saturn and I hated to get rid of it, but we made the right choice when we went to visit Dominique. More
