Eric Konan, Chris Dowdell and Jessica Baum were extremely good to me! They were all amazing. I was very nervous in the beginning ,being a first time buyer but Eric assured me everything was going to be okay and I would end up in the car I wanted! Eric was patient, helped me weigh all my options and made sure everything was taken car of from start to end! Chris was also easy to work with,reasonable and helped me get my car for a fantastic deal!! He was very friendly and knowledgable. Jessica laid out all of the finance aspects. She was extremely patient,sweet and down to earth! I seriously appreciate everything these three employees did for me! Not to mention they stayed on the clock even after the dealership was closed to make sure I drove off with what I wanted. They didn't rush or tell me I had to wait until the next day to purchase the car. Throughout the whole process, there is honestly nothing negative I can say. They treated me as if I was family, which made it such a great experience! Criswell now has a customer for life!!! More

These days, finding great customer service is hard to find and I can honestly say Andrew is top notch. it's more of that small mom and pop comfortability that you rarely experience anywhere these days. No one wants to have to take their car in for service, but at least here.. It's quick easy and working with someone so friendly and honest kind makes taking your car in more enjoyable. More
