Efficient I was in immediate need of a new car on New Years Eve. Using TrueCar.com I received pricing on a new Accord from Criswell. Mind you I was doing this a I was in immediate need of a new car on New Years Eve. Using TrueCar.com I received pricing on a new Accord from Criswell. Mind you I was doing this at 6AM. At 8AM Kwame contacted me about the car I was looking at. We discussed pricing and completely negotiated the deal over the phone. Mind you with TrueCars your information is given out to 2 other dealerships. All I can say is early bird gets the worm and Kwame stood by everything we'd discussed on the phone. The entire experience was one of the easiest car purchases I've ever done. Kwame is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the myriad bells and whistles that are available on these new vehicles. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking into a new Honda. More
