Salesperson lied to get us in the door, stating they could get a particular model and color. Went through all the paperwork, only to be told at the VERY end, after 2+ hours, that they may not be able to get that one and to go back home and wait for a call. Called back and was given a horribly made up excuse why they couldn't get the vehicle. Wondered why the salesperson was trying to talk us into something different the entire time - well, that's because they didn't even have what he told us. Was told I'd get a call back by a manager - as expected, never happened. Tried to call to speak to a sales manager, went into voicemail every time. What an absolutely horrible, dishonest experience. More
