Excellent experience with Mazen Muhtaseb We were thinking of downsizing our Odyssey to a CRV. One day my son & wife were passing by Criswell Honda at Germantown, MD. Just to check the price, We were thinking of downsizing our Odyssey to a CRV. One day my son & wife were passing by Criswell Honda at Germantown, MD. Just to check the price, they decided to stop by. For almost twenty years we are driving Accord, Odyssey & used to change the car on average every 3 years. We deal only with one dealer all the time. While my wife & son entered the Criswell building they were heartily greeted by sales person Mazen. He asked them for the reason of their visit. Then he explained in such a nice way the different features & options of the CRV. Both my wife & son were pleased by the courteousness & friendly behavior of Mazen. At home they explained all to me. Next day I went to Criswell with my wife. I found everything true about him: his customer service, friendliness and knowledge about the cars. Worst buying experience Worst attempted buying experience of my life, and I've purchased at least 10 vehicles. How this dealership survives is beyond me. Salesperson lied to get us in the door, stating they could get a particular model and color. Went through all the paperwork, only to be told at the VERY end, after 2+ hours, that they may not be able to get that one and to go back home and wait for a call. Called back and was given a horribly made up excuse why they couldn't get the vehicle. Wondered why the salesperson was trying to talk us into something different the entire time - well, that's because they didn't even have what he told us. Was told I'd get a call back by a manager - as expected, never happened. Tried to call to speak to a sales manager, went into voicemail every time. What an absolutely horrible, dishonest experience. More
