Kyu was very nice and very informed. Reviewed the car inside and out with me and even helped set up my Bluetooth. The finance department was especially speedy. I would have no hesitation to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Honda. David Ki is an extraordinary salesman. I contacted the dealership through its website, using the live chat fe to anyone looking to buy a new Honda. David Ki is an extraordinary salesman. I contacted the dealership through its website, using the live chat feature. The "chat person" gave my info to David, who contacted me forthwith. I initiated the contact on Wednesday, October 23, and was able to purchase the vehicle the very next day. Criswell had the best prices of any of the dealership that I had contacted - including the ones that were referred to me by the USAA car buying service. David explained the pricing, breaking down the "out the door" price into its component parts. He did not pressure us into buying extra services or accessories. When I left the dealership, he actually got into the car with me, to make sure that I understood where all the instruments were located - very important, considering that I left the dealership fairly late at night. I give him high marks for customer service. Jessica Baum is the finance person. She did a great job explaining to us - my wife accompanied me - the various options for financing and warranties and protections that we could buy. If we did not understand a feature, she explained it to us again. She was patient and friendly - a pleasure doing business with her. If I were to change one feature of the process, it would be this. Jessica showed us a piece of paper with all the various protections, etc., that we could purchase. After a long day, it was not easy (for me, at least) to compute and weigh what we needed and did not need - nor did we have anyone with us to advise us. It would have been helpful to have had this information before we made our decisions, to be able to mull over all the options and to contact people - including our service station - for their guidance. Jessica did not pressure us into buying features that we did not need. When asked, she left her office so that my wife and I could discuss our options without her "hovering" over us. Still, I wish I had seen, prior to entering the dealership, all the brochures (LoJack, tire warranties, gap coverage) she handed us. I would ask for this information in advance next time I am in the market to purchase a vehicle. That being said, I am happy to recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. More

We had a better experience with Criswell than our previous Honda dealer where we got our first Honda car from. It wasn't a great experience with the price we were hoping for because it had a trickle previous Honda dealer where we got our first Honda car from. It wasn't a great experience with the price we were hoping for because it had a trickle effect from the original price where we got our previous Honda Civic. But definitely we will recommend Criswell to our family and friends because this is just the beginning of a new friendship. Thank you! More
Bill Lum was the first sales person to contact me after I inquired about a new Odyssey EX-L via the Costco program. He was quick, courteous, friendly and willing to work with me before I even entered the de inquired about a new Odyssey EX-L via the Costco program. He was quick, courteous, friendly and willing to work with me before I even entered the dealership. This saved me time - and eventually - money, as I do not live close to the dealership. When we made an appointment to come through to the dealership, Bill came in early to meet our needs, and was extremely helpful, and professional. At no point did I feel he was pushing anything, and I felt he was honestly working with us on pricing. Andy Russo handled our financing, and also a pleasure to work with. Our experience at Criswell was completely different to our experience at Shockley Honda in Frederick. Despite their having sent us a special offer based on a trade in and trade up, we were so discouraged by their approach and the unprofessional behavior of the sales person - and in particular - the floor manager, that we walked out with the signing agreement in front of us. The floor manager was aggressive, non responsive, and went back on the word of the sales person who had agreed a price with us if we were ready to sign. This was the second bad experience I have had with them, the first being when they serviced my old car and broke the DVD player, and refused to fix it saying they had no guarantee that it was working before I brought the car in. Obviously bad management breeds bad behavior and choices. I would highly recommend Criswell and in particular the sales and finance team of Bill and Andy. About my only concern was the amount of time we spent there. We arrived with the intention of buying and it took 5 hours before we drove out with our new car. Should have been closer to 2 or 3 hours at most. More
I got a very good deal after an 'accident' happened at the dealership, everyone involved was very friendly and eager to help with all aspect related to the perchase of the new car, especially happened at the dealership, everyone involved was very friendly and eager to help with all aspect related to the perchase of the new car, especially Kyu Hwang and Andrew H. Russo were excellent with the way they provided service in the whole process from beginning to end, they were the ones doing most of the work. Also, Kevin Szot and Lester Abel, as well as David Son were very helpful, resourceful and friendly in helping to close the deal. Especially Kyu Hwang was very good and patient in doing test drives with me and showing me all possible options that were available in the stock. My question was to give me a good trade-in value for a honda civic that suffered body damage inside the dealership, Kevin Szot was instrumental in giving me a great trade-in value. During the day of the accident Lester Abel was very helpful and friendly in providing me with a Nissan Sentra rental from the dealership. David Son was very helpful in gettting the wheels in motion for the transactions. That was very nice teamwork. More
