I was submitted a quote over the internet requesting a quote for the Honda mini Van, Mr. Andy promptly reply to all request and prov Mr. Andy Russo. I was submitted a quote over the internet requesting a quote for the Honda mini Van, Mr. Andy promptly reply to all request and provides all of the details and answers all my questions. He invited us to visit the dealership for a test drive. At the dealership, he was very patient with us and walk us through the lot, allowing us to look at different colors of the van. We took the van out for a test drive, wrote up an offer with the price and he presented to his manager, the offer was accepted and no haggle and surprises. The entire process from the time we test drive to getting all of the paperwork and finance done is no more than 3 hours. Mr. Andy explained in details everything through the paperwork processes, by the time we walked out to the front door, the Van was wash, cleanup, tag installed and ready for us to take it home. We were at the dealership around 7:30pm and by 10:00 pm the van was our. Yes, the dealership was already closed but Mr. Andy took his time explaining in details the functions and options and how everything work from the new van we purchase. What impress us the most is his knowledge of the product, because we told him we currently have a 2006 Honda van, he took time going through the new features of the 2013 model vs the 2006 model.
