I emailed the dealership on a Monday afternoon about coming in for a test drive. I was called by Yanet Lopez within minutes and scheduled an appointment for that same evening. I went into the dealership that night having done lots of research and expecting to go to war on price, but was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. My entire experience–the test drive, negotiating a price for both a new 2013 Civic and my trade in–was stress free and pleasant. Yanet especially was great to work with. I had gotten an appraisal at Carmax for my trade-in, but Chriswell was able to beat that. Furthermore, I came into the process with outside financing secured, but Victor was able to beat the interest rate I was getting by a wide margin. I was even able to negotiate a good price for a basic 7-year extended power train and wheel warranty. Overall, I would highly recommend Chriswell Honda to my friends and family. More

Delivered vehicle in very dirty condition. Employees's manager was rude to me the next day after I purchased the vehicle. They were not willing to do business and no one greeted me well.
