I worked with Suvin initially over email, from the beginning he was very straight forward, open and honest and worked with me to try and get what I wanted. My wife and I had been to a few dealerships in the VA area before coming to Criswell and the contrast in the quaility of the way we were treated was remarkable. Tiffany treated us like we were family and made the experience thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable. I felt that the terms and pricing were fair but it was honest, straight forward approach that Tiffany treated us too that finally closed the deal. We can honestly say that she was a huge part of the reason we bought a car from Criswell. She went out of her way to insure that we were completely satisfied and all of our concerns were addressed. This was the first time my wife and I were purchasing a new car, and I’m glad to say that we were very happy with our experience at Criswell Honda and that we lucked out with getting Suvin Viswanathan as o new car, and I’m glad to say that we were very happy with our experience at Criswell Honda and that we lucked out with getting Suvin Viswanathan as our saleman. We found Suvin to be very professional and not pushy in the least. The one issue with our purchase was that after having prearranged the deal over the phone, we learned upon our arrival at the dealership that due to a glitch in the computer system, the color(s) we desired were not in stock. As a result, we ended up changing our plan and purchased the all-wheel-drive model (which we had already been somewhat interested in), which involved negotiating with Suvin (and occasionally the manager) until the price was right. That being said, Suvin was an excellent salesman to work with, and we appreciated the fact that he was patient and straightforward with us the whole time. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I recommend the dealer and Suvin to anyone looking for a Honda. More

I was ready to trade in my old SUV and Criswell was recommended by AAA. I was in contact with Tiffany Neel who welcomed me to the dealership. She did not pressure me and took the time to show me all the colors that were offered on my model. In addition, the dealership staff assisted me with financing at a low rate so buying the car was a breeze! I was able to drive it home that day! I have made a one month research project out of replacing a dying Mercedes Diesel. This effort has included innumerable test drives of almost every high quality mid-size vehicle. At Criswell I tested the Accord in several trim levels, sedan and coupe, manual and CVT transmission. On each visit to Criswell, Amine graciously went along with my latest inspiration, never seeing to be annoyed or bothered by another hour down the drain without any inkling of a sale. He is exceptionally polite, knowledgeable about the dealership, the vehicles, and the competition, and very low-key as opposed to being disingenuous or overly aggressive. I think he genuinely likes meeting people and helping them find the right car - as long as it's a Honda. During this long and arduous process, he never called and never harassed me. As a courtesy, he did send me an e-mail or two when Criswell put some cars on sale. The most intrusive thing he ever said was "How do you like the car?". This past weekend I finally decided on an Accord sedan and he was able to secure a very fair price for me. All of this without any hassle - no coercion, no hiding the keys of my trade, no browbeating by the sales manager. If you are looking for a Honda, this is the place to go, and Amine is the salesman to ask for. More
