I came to look at 2012 Accords, really not expecting to make a purchase on the spot. He was sensitive to our family dynamics, asked appropriate questions about the kind of travel I do as well as what price range we needed. Suvin was genuinely friendly without being cloying and we appreciated his demeanor and knowledge tremendously. The only negative aspect of the experience was the amount of time it took to complete the transaction. I've bought at least 10 vehicles over the years and I am very familiar with the process. Brought our CRV in for an oil change and happened to be browsing the showroom enjoying a free cup of coffee. He was able to get close but his manager would not budge on price, we left feeling slightly disappointed but we still had our CRV which we loved. The next day Suvin emailed us and asked if we could call him since he felt he had some options worth exploring. Long story short he was able to get us in a great vehicle at a price we were very happy with.
