When I first met Suvin (via an online inquiry and phone call), I did not even know if I wanted a Honda or a Subaru. Just good information that would ultimately lead me to a decision. I even showed up at his dealership -- unannounced -- with my 24 year old son and a friend of his to test drive. Again, he accommodated me even though I hadn't made an appointment. In the end, I decided on the Honda and negotiated with him quickly via email. What a pleasure it was to ask questions and get straight and clear answers. And finally, he made the sale itself a pleasure, which is so important and often not the case.
