I walked into to the office to look at a specific car I saw online at Criswell’s website. Ken had me test drive the car, and answered any questions I had. When a small hiccup happened(loose spark plug wire)Ken kept the car for the mechanics to fix and gave me a ride home. The next day the shuttle picked me up and I was able to drive off in my new(to me)car. I appreciated the quick response from Ken and Criswell when things did not go exactly as planned. My husband and I were looking for a new car, we weren't certain what make of car we were going to by, but our sales person Suvin helped to convince us that it should be a Honda. We ended up buying the 201 certain what make of car we were going to by, but our sales person Suvin helped to convince us that it should be a Honda. We ended up buying the 2012 Honda Accord which we are very pleased with. Suvin took his time with us and explained the different attributes of this car, including the great gas mileage. He didn't waste our time with going back and forth between us and management. We gave him our offer and he came back with a very reasonable number. We made a slight adjustment and then made the deal. I would highly recommend Suvin for your next car purchase, I know we will ask for him the next time we visit this Honda dealership. Jessica was the person who helped us finalize the paperwork. Suvin is upbeat, hardworking with no pushy sales tactics, and was a pleasure to deal with, giving us lots of auto details during our time tog floor!
