The dealer has a lot of issues with every step of the purchase process. Couldn’t figure out how to print my insurance. My new plates took forever to come in. No finance person in house. The dealer brought me to service area to make an appointment to get recalls fixed while I waited and the service people seemed annoyed that he did that. I made an appointment that day and when I showed up for it the next week they had no record of my appointment. Total incompetence. The whole process took way too long.
