Dropped off the car at 10 AM and you didn't even bother to look at it. Had to rsise xxxx to even get a call back. Instead, your bright solution was for me to leave the car overnight for you to look at whenever you felt like it. So basically, I'd be without a car for days until you felt like looking at it.. But I should know better, it's been the same experience the other two times I made the mistake of coming to you for service. Wasted my whole day, you're useless. More

The service notes were clear. However, the car has this very bad smell. It is so bad that I had to leave the windows cracked overnight and the smell is still there! The initial technician, or whoever was responsible for working on the car, couldn't identify (or possibly chose not to address) the clanging noise in the brakes of the used car I purchased from this deale working on the car, couldn't identify (or possibly chose not to address) the clanging noise in the brakes of the used car I purchased from this dealership two weeks ago. After consulting a different technician for a second opinion, the issue was confirmed. I initially reported this concern to the salesperson on the first day of test driving the car, and was assured that it would be fixed under the 30 days or 1,000 miles limited service warranty.
