Failed to successfully identify upcoming problems with the CVT two months ago during a multi-point inspection. As a result the entire transmission is ruined and the car is toast despite being from 2013 w the CVT two months ago during a multi-point inspection. As a result the entire transmission is ruined and the car is toast despite being from 2013 with only 90,000 miles. They're unable to offer anything resembling a guarantee for more than 12 months so even if I were to shell out the $7000+ to fix the transmission on a 10-year old vehicle they can't guarantee I wouldn't simply be throwing good money away with bad. As a bonus they tried to tell me I needed new spark plugs despite just having them replaced less than even 18,000 miles ago. And yet they still charged me the $200 diagnostic fee because I guess they had an excess amount of salt that needed rubbed in the nearest wound. Not only would I never come back here again I'd absolutely never buy another Nissan entirely due to my experiences with this dealer and this vehicle. More

The service team at Criswell Nissan was superb! Mark did an exceptional job at explaining the service they were doing on my car which was an oil change and tire rotation. This is my first car so hi Mark did an exceptional job at explaining the service they were doing on my car which was an oil change and tire rotation. This is my first car so him breaking everything down for me was very helpful! Also the time it took was faster than expected so it didn’t feel like i was waiting for too long. I’m definitely going back again to get my car serviced and inspected if/when need be. Thank you! More
