Unfortunately, since my car was in the service department the ratings went to Ericka. Ericka is very personable, cheerful, willing individual who is always ready to help her customers. Ericka has been able to answer all my questions every time i have brought my Murano into the shop. Unfortunately, I am unable to change the ratings that went against her in April. I feel awful. Ericka you are a very special woman with a great personality. More
