New Nissan at a Great Value Came in to look at the 2018 models on sale. After some negotiations, I was able to agree on a reasonable price for the new 2018 Murano. This was the best price out of all the Nissan dealerships I called within the DMV area. Having been through terrible car-buying experiences in the past - high pressure tactics, rude salespeople or managers, trying to sneak in additional costs - Criswell has always been a breath of fresh air. I went in with a specific car in mind - the Arctic Blue Murano SL with 'Cashmere' interior. They didn't have the interior/exterior color combination I wanted on the lot; I informed them that another dealer had it, so I could go there unless they could beat the price I'd been quoted for it. I worked with Rafael Maldonado, who patiently tolerated my test drive and didn't even white-knuckle the highway portion:) He was very professional and helpful, showing me every possible detail on the car, plus he sync'd my phone with the car post-purchase and put on the new tags! The manager, Moin Gilani, did everything he could to get the price down to what the other dealership's was and get max value for my trade. Matin was patient with my going over the numbers and asking questions in the finance room. And in the end, I actually now like the Cayenne Red - with Cashmere interior (which I purchased) better than I liked the blue which originally was my dream car - and I do mean DREAM. I literally dreamed about it! Never thought *that* would happen! I can't wait to get up for work now, just to drive this beauty:) More

We told them that we needed to go home and confirm some financial items to make sure we we're good but we told them that we are 98% sure we are committed and asked if they needed a deposit to hold the unit. All 3 standing together said " no you are good " - as we where driving home the wife and I felt we needed to force the deposit issue , we tried calling , emailing and texting Danny with no response I even sent a email to Lopez with no response . Today 24hrs later I get a phone call from Danny telling me they sold the unit 30 mins. after we left - (funny we called him 20 mins after we left and left a VM . More
