What most people dread as going to a dealership and spending hours and hours, Jerrell did his best to make the experience a smooth process. Even though he was helping two other people, he kept my wife and I feeling like we were the number one priority. While my wife was pondering over different vehicles, it didn’t matter to Jarrell if he had to show us two, five, or fifty. Customer service is one of the reasons that I go here for all types of services for the past 4 years. My car, a 2013 Juke is always well taken care of by the team and I trust these guys 100%. Sure there are days like today that the internet was down briefly but service is still great. For example today i stopped by for an oil change and the guys did a multi point inspection, reminding me to change brake pads soon and even fixed a couple of slow tire/air leaks that have been bugging me--which was unexpected.
