I guess all Nissan cars are the same and very good wherever one wants to buy them. What makes all the difference is the great people at Criswell Nissan in Germantown. Cesar and Roland Yanes (turned out they are not relatives!) are both fantastic sales consultants (Cesar is now a Sales Manager). Roland was so helpful and patient with me that buying a car turned into a very pleasant experience. Cesar helped to finalize the purchase and I understand why he has been recently promoted to a Sales Manager -- he definitely earned it being very skillful in sales and in dealing with people. If I could, I would have given 10 Stars instead of 5 to both of them! To summarize, I wholeheartedly recommend sales and service at this dealership based on my experience with Cesar and Roland and with the fantastic service department (especially Crystal Vanderpuije who is the best service consultant I have ever worked with). You will not only get a great car and a reliable service through the life of the car but what is most important -- you will be treated as a family here. More

He allowed me to take the car out for a test drive and didn't push me to make a decision. I told him I was ready to buy the car, we sat down at his desk, and about 10 easy minutes later, I was filling out my paper work. Rod made the process very easy and didn't push me around, even though I am a young buyer. The car was in very good condition and I have not had any issues with it. I would definitely go back to Criswell Nissan to purchase another car. More

I responded to an email from Kwame and with a few quick emails back and forth, the car I wanted was waiting up front for me. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Kwame took me on a drive, Cesar explained the pricing with clarity and transparency. Krystie- she was absolutely fabulous. There is more to say but it would take all night. Accolades for particular individuals I had a couple glitches recently in the process of purchasing my 2017 Juke, and with the immediate “step up” help of Mr. Walter O’Rourke (Mgr previous I had a couple glitches recently in the process of purchasing my 2017 Juke, and with the immediate “step up” help of Mr. Walter O’Rourke (Mgr previously owned vehicles) and Ms. Kristine Zhang (financial) all was made well. They not only represent all that is good in the industry with integrity, character and aplomb — set the standards of excellence so many dealerships lack. I am a woman that has had and currently have luxury end cars and know the industry well with contacts everywhere...visiting Criswell was a first...my Juke is my “go to get around town and into small parking space” car; my second one. The first Juke Sonic of Rockville Porsche got for me...loved it so much decided on a newer one. Whatever you pay these two individuals is not enough. Service of my 2009 CUBE I brought my Cube in for the 120,000 mile service. I was quoted $750 for the service with the CVT transmission fluid change. I called Nissan Darcars I brought my Cube in for the 120,000 mile service. I was quoted $750 for the service with the CVT transmission fluid change. I called Nissan Darcars and they gave me a price of $565. So I called Crisswell back to cancel my service appt. They came back to me and dropped their price to $562.73. I also asked them to check on the horn since it wasn't working. After the 120K service was done I was told that the catalytic converter was shot. I was given a price for that service of $1,627. I asked if that was the best price and the service advisor got a 15% discount on all the service. I asked again about the horn. I was told that the spiral cable was severed and she would see if the break could be soldered by the technician. She said that would be done at no charge. When the final service was over I asked if the horn was working and she said no, it wasn't a break in the cable. She said that the service technician told her that there was an electrical problem. So my total bill came to $1,868.27 still having an electrical problem and the horn not working. When I got home I looked at the Multi-Point Inspection report. The very first item on the report is "HORN OPERATION". That box was checked on the green area. The legend on the report shows that the green area means that it was checked and OK at this time. I called and asked my service advisor about this and she put me on hold to check with the service technician. She came back and said he apologized because he rushed through the inspection in order to get to the next car and had checked that by mistake. I asked if he rushed through the inspection did he also rush through the service work in order to get to the next car. This whole situation just put a bad taste in my mouth with Criswell Nissan. I purchased my car at this dealer back in March of 2010. I love my car but I will never purchase another car from Criswell or have a vehicle serviced at Criswell again.
