He made us feel very comfortable, and made the transaction a breeze. Randy was also very kind and personable!! He was not intimidating or pushy, and that is what really sold us. Kristy in Finance was Awesome to work with. She made the "seal of the deal" very easy, and she made us smile and laugh all while doing it. Lets just say our next cars will come from here, and if I could do this all again, I would do it all the same! Thank you for your awesome work!!! I will pass our experience along!! Oh and lets not forget Angie, - She was soo knowledgeable when it came to explaining the break down of vehicles, and the mechanical work behind them!! "NOT MY JOB!" I recently helped my daughter buy a car, We went to Carmax first and she found a Nissan Rogue and fell in love with it. Carmax took our information I recently helped my daughter buy a car, We went to Carmax first and she found a Nissan Rogue and fell in love with it. Carmax took our information and had us approved for a 17k loan with no money down in less than 10 minutes. We decided to sleep on it and she did some research and found a Rogue at Criswell Nissan that was a year newer had 20k fewer miles and was cheaper. We arrived at Criswell and was asked what we wanted and we told them about the Rogue we found online. The salesman did little to make us comfortable but he retrieved the keys and a dealer tag and brought the car around and let us test drive it. My daughter absolutely loved the car and said dad this is it, this is the car I want! The salesman took our information and submitted it too I am assuming the finance man, to get loan approval. During this time another customer arrived interested in the same car and salesman took them out to look at the car. After 15 to 20 minutes the saleman came back and told us the finance guy was seeking approval for our loan. This whole time we are watching them what appeared to be them trying to get approval for the other customer to purchase the car. After another 30 or so minutes the salesman came back and told us the finance man was trying to call in a favor to get us approved for a loan. Keep in mind Carmax had us approved in less than 10 minutes. Now we are at close to an hour waiting on approval. They asked if we had money to put down we told them we had $500. The salesman relayed the info to finance guy and came back a few minutes later and asked if we could come up with $1000. Begrudgingly we said we could he went back and said give them a few minutes more. So we waited and waited and finally I had enough and went back and told finance guy my concerns, which were yes Criswell has the better car but Carmax had us approved in less than 10 minutes and I asked what was going on and he gave me some song and dance that they only deal with certain banks and blah blah, At this point we felt like they were seeing who they could get the better deal, us or the other customer, they assured me that wasn't true and it would be a few more minutes. After about a total time of 2 hrs they came back to us with a deal for 1000 down. And tried to to tell me there was no way Carmax could have done the deal with no money down and I told him that I saw the approval and assured him it was a real deal. I at that point would have walked but my daughter was sure this was the car she wanted. We started to sign the paperwork for the deal and after printing the documents for us to sign, the daughter noticed that the finance guy entered the incorrect address, he had flipped our house number. as we our signing the paperwork I remembered that I had not seen an owners manual in the glove box and asked if he would get us one, he firmly told us that it wasn't his job. I told him he should pick up the phone and call the parts dept and order us one, again he said it wasn't his job, at this time the salesman walked in and the finance guy asked him about the manual and he said he would check on it. He returned a few minutes later and said it would cost us $40. I told them that they should pay for it, they of course refused. Well we finished the paperwork and went outside to get our new used car and it wasn't ready finally after about 20 minutes of waiting the salesman brought the cat around. Gave us the keys, at least he showed us at that time where the spare tire was in the car. thank you for that because without an owners manual we might never have found it. So ends my tale of my experience with Criswell Nissan. In the near future I will be in the market for a NEW car and almost certain the Nissan I want will not be from Criswell. More

I found them both very pleasant and knowledgeable about Nissan's products and services. Chris assisted me with getting the run flats I was looking for on a vehicle on which they are not standard. I had been told at another dealership this was not possible. I felt respected during price negotiations and Chris was very forthcoming about incentives and rebates that were available to me. About 1 month ago I had got the car from criswell Honda and they did not I would like to thank everyone in the service garage for looking out for me. About 1 month ago I had got the car from criswell Honda and they did not want to change my brakes at all they told me no they will not do it so I tried my luck at Nissan and explained to them how Honda was treating me. So even though I didn't get the Nissan Altima S from there they have helped me with all my issues with the car so yes I will recommend everyone that has a Nissan or want a Nissan to go to Criswell Nissan in Germantown Maryland More

My problem was 2 years old (and worsening) and was unresolved by other independent service centers who recommended "new spark plugs" or "new coils" with no guarantee the that the problem would be fixed. Criswell diagnosed and replaced the camshaft position sensors, and the problem was (mercifully) solved! More
