Communication was the biggest issue this time around (went in for a rim repair). I called ahead asking if I can make an appointment, the answer was no and to drop of the day before or the day of in the (went in for a rim repair). I arrived around 930am and was told that it might not be serviced that day as they weren't aware I was coming and they had no one else there for rim repair but was told I could leave it "just in case" and I'd get a call later to confirm. I also got a text stating that I'd be getting charged which isn't true as this was an add-on package I purchased, when I replied to the text asking about charges I didn't get a response - I had to call to get an answer that there would be no charge. Overall, the representative didn't seem to care, didn't even care to ask how I'd get back home and if I needed a shuttle to my destination. I got a call a few hours later stating that it was ready, once again, didn't ask if I needed a shuttle to pick up. Thankfully, both times, I was able to get a ride there and back. Communication is key, this wasn't a good visit - sadly. More

The Criswell team was great from when I arrived until I left. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. The team did and have a great thorough review of needed work. Best thing. Walk-in with no appointment… approximately 1 hour 45 min. wait time. And the team let me know this. This experience was far better than the other D-Nissan in Rockville (they get an F-). At D-Nissan, my walk-in was at 7am, no techs until 8am, my car was still in parking lot untouched at 10:50am. Nearing an almost 4 hour wait and car not even touched except to park it in the lot, I just asked for my car back with no oil change service. So I decided to go to Criswell the next day. Best decision I made. I’m going to Criswell from now on. More
