The only negative i had in bringing my car in for service and warranty work was i was directed to a lady that was typing in her cubicle next to the Buick service writer that i eventually ended of leaving my and warranty work was i was directed to a lady that was typing in her cubicle next to the Buick service writer that i eventually ended of leaving my car with.I stood there for about 4-5 minutes without being acknowledged while she typed and then when she was thru witout speaking directly to me she pointed to the Buick service writer and said,he can help you,which i thought was unprofessional,but,other than that i was well taken care of. I must point our that some of my experiences with your dealership in the past five years have been dreadful to the point of avoiding having any service work done there.
