This was an out of state purchase so a bit of trust on my part was required. Critz prepared the used Mercedes and when I received it, it was immaculate. You could not tell it was a used vehicle ! They also drove it 400 miles to my doorstep free of charge. Their sales team was easy to work with (informative but not high pressure). Will go to Critz when I purchase an S Class in the Spring.
