continued problem with a recall issue A recall issue has failed twice after initial replacement. GMC would not cover the cost of repair on the second repair. Denny arranged for the repair cost to be taken care of by critz. GMC Is still using a defective part which continues to break and will not cover repair cost when it breaks. This is not the fault of critz. It's a GMC problem. More

I had made an apt to take it in for service but decided to stop by the dealership while my daughter had brought me into town for a doctor's apt that morning. The service advisor was very patient and assured me he would have it taken care of immediately. My daughter took me home and then followed me back to the dealership. I am so glad that he gave such priority to my concerns because it was determined that the seal on the front right brake caliper had burst. Parts were ordered and my vehicle repaired. I had purchased the platinum additional extended warranty for my 2011 Buick so this was covered under the warranty I purchased at this dealership. All in all, this dealership goes the extra mile to make you happy & safe., More
