Super easy to deal with I called and scheduled and appointment. I had an alert come up for "adaptive headlight malfunction". Started out not so good but ended up good Vehicle was in the shop three weeks before they looked at the issue. Once the did they diagnosed when issue and repaired but did not fix issue brough Vehicle was in the shop three weeks before they looked at the issue. Once the did they diagnosed when issue and repaired but did not fix issue brought in for. Ultimately after a few more days they determined what they believed to be the real issue and repaired that and seems to have resolved the issue. They did work it out so that I did not have to pay for both repairs and met in the middle. My vehicle was bought at Critz and has never been anywhere else for service in almost 20 years. I will continue to take it there in the future since they do a very good job More
