We had driven by the dealership a couple of times before,until around Christmas we stopped by to see what the lot had to offer. We did find a truck that we really liked. Used the Cronin website to review information and get in contact with customer service. Emails were returned in timely fashion with our questions. We then decided to go with our trade-in to talk over the numbers and test drive. Even though our salesperson was not there when we arrived, we were greeted and they knew who we were and allowed us to test drive the truck while our salesman arrived. The dealership employees worked as a team and I thought that was quite unusual in most dealerships that I have worked with in the past. We did decide on a deal and Nick (finance person) answered all our questions and was very friendly to us. Then before we left our salesperson showed us all the gadgets and gizmos on the truck and made us feel comfortable with it before we drove it off the lot. I would definetly recommend this dealer to family and friends in future. More

I looked on auto trader to find a vehicle that would fit my needs. I own a 1997 Ford F250 that still runs great with 76,000 miles on it but it is 16 years old. I plan to retire this year and wanted to get a new tow vehicle for my 5th Wheel Camper. Auto trader had two vehicles listed at Cronin Ford that I thought would work. One was used the other new. I went to look at the vehicles. Adam Bell, the salesman I was directed to, looked at the towing capacities starting with the used vehicle so I wouldn't have to spend a fortune. He carefully did the review and ended up advising me that it was rated short of the 12,400 lb tow weight. We next turned to the 2012 F250 and he sent me out on a test drive. Adam was very easy to talk to. At no time did I ever feel that he was trying to pressure me. I am very fond of Ford and wasn't to hard of a sell but it was a lot of money so I really wanted to think it over. I did end up buying the truck that day, but again without pressure. I look forward to a good relationship with Cronin Ford as I will be using them for any service needs, even though I live in Hamilton, Ohio. I recently purchased a new car at Cronin Ford. I had visited a few other dealships where I felt the sales people were overly aggressive and left me feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, the overall appe visited a few other dealships where I felt the sales people were overly aggressive and left me feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, the overall appearance of some of the showroom floors was very unprofessional (smelled of cigarettes & food). When I arrived at Cronin Ford I had a totally differnet experience. My initial contact was with Adam Bell. Their showroom floor felt like a place of business and not a breakroom. The feeling that I got from Adam was much different from the other dealerships I'd visited. I could tell that he was a motived sales associate, but his approach and demeanor was better. It seemed that he cared more about understanding what I wanted/needed in a car and worked to match those needs to a vehicle. He was well informed about the vehicles and able to answer all questions I asked. I came to the dealership set on a new Ford Escape, but ended up driving away with a Ford Edge. Adam really helped me understand the differences between the two vehicles and it seemed that the Edge was more suited for me. Of course the asking price and what I wanted to pay didn't meet. While Adam is a sales manager at the dealership, he seemed to want to work to find a win-win solution/price. Through an end of the year special and my trade in we were able to get to the win-win number. After that I worked Nick Skidmore, who helped out with the financing for the car. Even thought it was the end of the day and I'm sure he wanted to get home, we worked multiple payment plans based on the number of months we wanted to finance car over and the amount of money we wanted to put down. He took the extra time to find a payment that worked for me rather than just pushing me through the system. Based on my experience, I will definetly go back to Cronin Ford teh next time I'm inthe market for a new car. It was refreshing to work with professional staff like Adam and Nick. They really seemed to want to meet my needs and not just put me into a car. It was a refreshing experience within an industry that is stigmatized my pushy sales people. More
