This is 3rd vehicle my family has bought from Crossroads Ford, one in Southern Pines, Cary and Indian Trail. My son had been looking for me a convertible for a while and when he found the Mustang at Crossr Ford, one in Southern Pines, Cary and Indian Trail. The only problem I had was in a hurry and it took a while to get a finance manager to complete the paperwork. My wife and I just purchased a CPO 2013 Ford F-150 XLT from this dealership. With respect to the dealership, it had a very pleasing appearance, it was spotlessly clean, well organized, had a great cafe and the staff was very friendly. It also had a very good selection of vehicles (both new, used and CPO) on hand. With respect to Rodrick and Tyler, both were very professional and knowledgeable. We honestly didn't feel pressured to make a decision with respect to the vehicle we selected. We also didn't feel pressured to purchase an extended warranty or other ancillary product after we selected our vehicle. From our perspective, Rodrick and Tyler were friendly, easy going, approachable and honest. We hope to work with them again the next time we are on the market for a vehicle. Finally, both my wife and I felt the prices of the vehicles we looked at were fair and reasonable. We also felt the financing arrangements were very competitive.
