I'm not one to just go out and buy a vehicle on a whim, so when I searched on line for the truck I was looking for, I found it at Crossroads Ford. So I do an inquiry on the vehicle. I don't usually leave my number but, I wanted this one. I get a call from Graeson McGaha, wow what a friendly helpful guy. I don't usually like talking to salesmen but Graeson was really a down to earth guy like myself. I got a lot of info from Graeson before the trip down. I told him that I was interested in the truck I was inquiring about and, he told me that he would have it ready for me. I live about 2 hours from the dealership but, when my wife and I arrived there the truck was sitting out front ready and waiting. I ended up bringing it home with me like I told him I would. Graeson and the entire staff there are just great people to deal with. It was such a pleasant deal, my wife told them that her next purchase will definitely be with them. My wife and I were so impressed with them that was all we talked about on the way home. She had just purchased a car the week prior to my purchase, so we will be definitely making more trips to Indian Trail Crossroads Ford. This is 3rd vehicle my family has bought from Crossroads Ford, one in Southern Pines, Cary and Indian Trail. The only problem I had was in a hurry and it took a while to get a finance manager to complete the paperwork.
