Actually, I met Lisa Burch about four years ago and eventhough things did not work out for me at that time regarding trading in my vehicle, I still kept her card because of her overall friendly attitud eventhough things did not work out for me at that time regarding trading in my vehicle, I still kept her card because of her overall friendly attitude/service and outstanding professionalism (going above and beyond to assist with my particular situation). He's a very likeable, personable guy who was friendly but not a high-pressure or stupid-tactic salesman. He was able to make the deal, and then Pat Oberer was my financing guy both times (love him!). The only things I would say to make it better would be to ensure your service department cleans up after themselves. My Escape came back numerous times with oil/grease/grime on the interior...they did once provide me a full detail after I complained. Thanks all! More
