We looked at many different makes and models before deciding on the f150. Of all we test drove it handled and rode the best and even fit our large dog crate flat in the back floor board. I’m a little on the short side and I could see very well and my husband who is very tall and broad fits great even in the back seat. Our salesman Francis Johnson was beyond excellent. Honestly I had no intention on purchasing the night that we did but we liked him so much we went ahead and did it. He gave us plenty of time for a test drive, showed us the features and listened to exactly what we said we wanted. He never tried to get us to upgrade, over sale or push us into buying anything. He answered all of our questions and gave me time to calculate 20 different times and collected all the facts as I’m a facts person. If you want a laid back guy who listens to what you want and what you don’t and is not your typical hound you like crazy sales guy I highly recommend Francis Johnson. Be sure to ask him about setting your mirriors so you don't have blind spots. He learned how race car drives do it and it works great! I seriously hope he is still there when I buy the next one. Francis,Dave Burrell, and Chris Williams all three went over the top lying and blowing smoke for over three hours. I went looking to possibly trade and to get a price on a truck. The three talked circles and never would give a straight or honest answer. I decided I wasn't doing business with them because of this and then all of a sudden my keys couldn't be found. I'd rank Crossroads Ford Wake Forest a zero because of how these three treated my wife and I. They take the sales pitch /maximize profit too far...even after being called out on it. Very insulting. Today the Quick Lane team, Mike, Andy and the guys....helped track down a vibration issue my wife needed help on and they got us in and out and SOLVED the problem professionally. They are friendly, hard working and will be patient to tell you what the issue is and how to solve it. In the main Service area next store, Danny did a great Job working my vehicle into the lineup on a busy Memorial Day weekend!
