The purchase negotiation process was conducted in a transparent manner and with professional integrity. Even with the obligatory visit from the Sales Manager Erik Gay, I did not have to endure the typical mind games, histrionics, and sales tricks common at many dealerships. Mr. Johnson conducted himself with the highest level of professionalism and assisted me through the initial contact until the delivery of the vehicle. I would also like to point out that the financing component, led by Zac Cooper, resulted in a great financing rate beating other 3rd party lending quotes I received. Even though Zac completes these multiple forms every day, he took the time to explain each one and patiently answered any questions I had. Great job Zac. This has been the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience I have ever encountered. Other dealerships should take the cue; customers prefer to be treated both fairly and with respect.
