Dishonest pricing strategies Loved a vehicle this dealership had but will not do business with them out of principle as I had THE WORST car buying experience of my life here. In the process of pulling out the paperwork/negotiating, I was passed around to four different people. The giant sign in the car had the car listed at a little less than 20k but they wanted to start negotiations at over 21k because "that is what their website has it listed at." My SO literally had to walk out to the car and grab the sign the price was listed on so they would believe us. That should've been the first sign to us. Alas, we couldn't come to a complete compromise on price that night, but we left keeping their final offer in mind to consider. A few days passed and my SO and I called back to accept their final offer, as we really did like the car. At that point, the sales representative redacted their offer from the other night and gave us an offer over 1k more than what they had promised the other day. When my SO pointed out what we were offered the last time we were in the store, the sales rep had the audacity to say "well you should've bought the car the other day then, shouldn't you have?" I am flabbergasted by that comment. We tried to call back to speak to a manager about our experience and despite calling 5+ times, no one ever called us back. Customer service and honesty are not a priority at this dealership and I will never do business with them. If I can't trust them to be honest about prices, I'm not sure what other shady business practices they employ. More

Gavin Was the Nicest Person there, Our Sale's man. Was Nice.. But Acted like he Hated his Job, Now I know Why !!!! I have Bought Fords from The Coast to Capital Blvd !!! In Fact I still have the very first 2001 Ford Focus that Came out, And Yes it still Runs, LOL. From When My Daughter was In College. Also Bought A new Ford F250- From Swansboro NC.. I Think This Dealer Ship Did Me in !!!! Never In My Life have I been Threw So Much xx !! So Wish I had of Went Some where Else... Poor Customer Service !!! and Yep, Tags get Switched !!! Never say never! ...No black leather interior, no gray/silver exterior, no Ford (not sure why we said that!). After several weeks of test driving SUVs from Toyota, to Honda, to Jeep, to Lexus, we decided to try Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest after my husband spoke on the phone with the General Manager Dave. Long story short, we went to Ford. We met Mike Kramer, a very kind, knowledgable, and easy going sales person, test drove a Ford Explorer, and drove off the lot with a .....wait for it! ....FORD!!!! ....with black leather interior!!!!....silver exterior!!! Never say never! We got what we wanted for a trade in and what we were willing to pay (thank you Eric and Mike!). Dave-commercial: "Don't tell me what you DON'T want. Tell me what you DO want." Thank you Dave! Buying from Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest was such a positive experience, we are certain we will be back. After all, we have a Lexus that will be looking for a new home very soon. Rodney with financial explained process and we decided on best plan for me. Then I returned following day and was helped by Tommy who explained owners manual that I came back for. They all were extremely patient and great employees of Crossroads. More
Bait and switch The dealership had a vehicle priced on their website at $39,180.00, we scheduled an appointment with them and mentioned the specific vehicle we wanted The dealership had a vehicle priced on their website at $39,180.00, we scheduled an appointment with them and mentioned the specific vehicle we wanted and that we were driving from 1.5 hours away. I had the screen printed showing the price advertised. We got to the dealership and they would not honor the price from their website and had changed the price on their website to $48,180.00 within an hour of our appointment time. We talked to the GM who basically told us we were crazy for expecting a price that low on that vehicle and that mistakes happen. This dealership is extremely unethical and we will never do business with them again. More

The GM Dave and sales manager are extremely disrespectful, cowardly, and dishonest they have told us, on multiple occasions that they would offer x amount our car and when it comes times to actually follow through, they go back on their word. I am tied of this same song and dance. I hav also called into the dealership twice, left messages for the GM Dave to call me and he has YET to call back. More

When something needs repair they point it out and I have always received prompt and efficient service from the service department on my Ford Explorer. Worthless and incompetent I brought my 2013 dually in for oil change, I coolant flush, tire rotation, alignment, and my abs light was on so I needed that taken care of. 1. the I brought my 2013 dually in for oil change, I coolant flush, tire rotation, alignment, and my abs light was on so I needed that taken care of. 1. they refused to rotate my tires because I have aftermarket wheels 2. They wanted $215 labor to change both fuel filters and it only takes 10 minutes. Hahaha 3. They wouldn't fix my abs bc I have a programmer So basically they aren't doing much of anything for me except oil and coolant flush. They must hire incompetent people who have no idea what they are doing in the industry of their chosen profession. WILL NOT RETURN....AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS More
