The Ford Exporer we had for over 11 years was having some problems. It was a great vehicle and we had very few problems throughout those many years.We needed a dependable vehicle and had a very pleasant expe problems. I met several folks at the dealersip and they were all extremely friendly and courteous even though they were not working directly with me. Bob was not only knowledgable and courteous but he also went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied and was genuinely fair in our negociations. After he'd spent considerable time with me, I brought my wife out because this is to be her car, and he patiently and professionally went over all the features of the car with her. Based on my experience, I can't imagine purchasing a vehicle in the future without giving Crossroads Ford the first opportunity to sell me that vehicle. More
