We have done business with Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest before and they went beyond expectations to get us the vehicle we desired. This time we decided to purchase a new car, and the sales team could not before and they went beyond expectations to get us the vehicle we desired. We have gone to other Ford dealerships in the area and have been "bullied" into making a decision, or treated like just another sale, whereas, at Crossroads, they took time to learn what you liked, and what would be the best vehicle to fit your needs. I had been trying to get a get new for about about 2 months and it just wasnt working out. I owed too much on the car that i was trying to trade is it was making it difficult. The staff at Crossroads were very friendly. Richie was very knowledgeable about the features of the Fusion I purchased and he was also very personable. The entire process from beginning to end went smoother and quicker than any of my past experiences. This is my 4th car in a row, all Fords (3 new, 1 used) I have purchased at a Ford Dealership, too bad the company doesn't have a loyalty discount program! I do not think that buying a car is ever anything that people enjoy, but my experience with this dealership and my salesman Jackson Szyperski was outstanding. I bought my first truck from Crossroads Ford in Cary so I decided to stick with Crossroads. We found the truck online that we wanted and when we arrived at the dealership Rodney was right there to help us ge decided to stick with Crossroads.
