The day we were there, many staff were absent and shuttling between various customers , he continuously checked back with us to apologise for what we felt was a small, insignificant delay. The actual negotiations couldn't have been more cordial or smoother. This was not the adversarial dealer situation people associate with a vehicle purchase.
