Replacing my battery and saving my weekend Once again, John Shaw saved the day for me and my family! My car battery decided to die the Thursday before a weekend full of sports, field trips and Once again, John Shaw saved the day for me and my family! My car battery decided to die the Thursday before a weekend full of sports, field trips and Mother's Day! I stopped in after work on Friday afternoon to see if anyone could help me figure out why my car had died the night before and was continuing to not run properly. I had called the reservation line and they told me that my issues were considered an emergency issue and I could come in at any time. When I arrived, John gladly stopped what he was doing to hear my concerns and research the problem I was having with my car. He was able to diagnose that, in fact, it was a problem with my battery. He guided me to the waiting room while he and the service team researched the issue, found a solution and even found time to provide a complimentary car wash. This whole situation only took only about 1 hour. I appreciate John's constant professionalism and dedication to making my experiences at Acura as pleasant as I can remember at any dealership service department. When I have an issue with my car, I know that John will always help me find a solution. More
