LOGAN LANE DEFINES GREAT SERVICE It had been years since I'd been well enough to take my car for servicing, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Then I met Logan Lane, my Service A It had been years since I'd been well enough to take my car for servicing, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Then I met Logan Lane, my Service Advisor. I immediately knew I could relax. Logan is very professional, and quite knowledgeable, but what really shines through everything he does is his desire to please and see you leave totally satisfied. He first asked what specials or coupons I might have, and told me what was available, and made sure I got all I was entitled to. After we finished discussing the "nuts and bolts" Logan showed me to the waiting areas and particularly to the cookies and bottled water! Then he took the time to show me how to brew some coffee..which was quite good! When the question was raised about replacing a part, Logan explained the pros and cons in detail, and made sure I understood everything so I could make a prudent decision. Logan Lane left no stone unturned in his quest to deliver a great service experience. I will always request Logan as my advisor. He has earned my trust with his honesty and thoughtful professionalism. More
