Consistent Excellence This was my first time dealing with Tina, and I must say that she went above and beyond to make sure that the service was completed as expected. John takes the time to listen to what you need for your car. He is personable and friendly and I have found him to be extremely ethical. Dealership service departments typically get rough treatment by review sites like this one. Crown Acura in general and a John Shaw in particular are the exception to that rule. Crown Acura Review In 2001, I purchased a new Acura TL and loved it for many years. When it came time to upgrade to a newer Acura in 2015, I visited the dealership wher In 2001, I purchased a new Acura TL and loved it for many years. When it came time to upgrade to a newer Acura in 2015, I visited the dealership where I had purchased the TL and where it had always been serviced to learn about new Acuras. Their department is very good; however, I had a Very Unhappy experience with one of theirs sales persons. Very bad. At any rate, I decided to travel to Clearwater to check out Crown Acura, I test drove the TLX and liked it. I was treated with respect by the salesperson ;purchased the car the next day. It is a long drive to Clearwater for service, but I so appreciate the kindness and respect shown by every employee with whom I have come in contact. Bart Bartley has been my service dept. representative from the beginning; he knows his business and treats his clients well, exsplaining all the details one needs to know. KUDOS to CROWN and Bart!!
