Short notice rescue of Damsel in distress John Shaw my service guy has never let me down. John and his service team saved me this week when my battery failed. With no notice he squeezed me in John Shaw my service guy has never let me down. John and his service team saved me this week when my battery failed. With no notice he squeezed me in to an already business schedule and sorted out my problem in less than 2.5 hours. he also threw in a courtesy wash and vacuum. Excellent. Check out the new updated facility too. It's beautiful. More

Should have gotten service at this dealership to begin with. I made the mistake of going somewhere else for an oil change and in the course of events I realized that my vehicle had not been treated properly. So I made the mistake of going somewhere else for an oil change and in the course of events I realized that my vehicle had not been treated properly. So, I made an appointment at the dealership. Thank you to Bart Bartley at Crown Acura for coordinating a full courtesy inspection, topping off all fluids and a complimentary car wash and vacuum. I was treated with respect and Bart took the time to explain what was going on without criticizing my poor choice to save $ at a Cheapo-change. I will be scheduling all service at Crown Acura from now on. More

I have never had a problem with their Service or Sales people. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Brian Bennett in getting our Acura serviced. Brian is professional, knowledgeable as well as personable. This is not the first time that I have worked with Brian nor it will be the last. He makes me aware of what is needed to keep our Acura running at 100% and we get it done. I can not say enough about the people that I have worked with since I have been an owner of an Acura owner from Crown Acura.
