After dealing with so many issue with the previous dealership, I swore I would never buy another Acura. While service had our TLX we went car shopping, my lease was almost up and we were near a few dealerships I was interested in. Within an hour our car was fixed and I was amazed because I had taken my car to my previous dealership 3 times and they had not figured out what was wrong (tighten bolts!). My husband talked me into test driving a new Acura so Brian introduced us to Gillian. She was awesome and because of the positive experience I had with her and Brian we traded in our leased Acura in for a new Acura. Gillian stayed in contact with us during the next few days without being annoying. She let us make our own decisions and supported them. When we finally decided on what we wanted they worked out a great price and we leased a new Acura. More

I have truly enjoyed my Acura MDX and the opportunity that Brian arranged for me to drive a brand new MDX convinced me that Acura is the company that I will stay with when the time is right to trade my car in. New Brakes - total ripoff I made the mistake of bringing my car here to get new brakes. It was a complete ripoff. $600 more than I would have paid at another shop. Also tried to get me to buy tires and replace the steering each for another $2200. If they would have had their way I would have been $5K or higher out the door on a car with 50K miles on it. Shame on you!! Will never return. They also kept it over night after promising to have it done that day. I should have just gone to get it and had the work done somewhere else. Lesson learned. More
