John Shaw in service is always a pleasure to deal with. Out of the two dozen times we've taken our cars to him, he hasn't dropped the ball once. He goes above and beyond to accommodate us and always makes sure we are completely satisfied with our service. Dealership service is a scary thing for many people. It's always hard to trust a new service advisor. John is the rare guy you can always trust and rely on to take care of both you and your vehicle. My wife and I have established a friendship with John over the years because of how he has treated us. We are loyal Crown Acura customers because of the reciprocating loyalty we receive from the Crown family. Note: I am a former car salesman and service advisor for Toyota. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the consistent follow through of everyone at Crown. They are not out to make a quick buck. They are intent on creating lifelong customers, and it shows in every transaction. 5 stars. Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and try them out, you won't be disappointed. More

Bart Bartley was my service advisor again and was kind enough to send me a reminder prior to the appointment so I would not forget. I had a couple questions about my new car that Bart handled very well and showed me that he wanted to be sure I understood the various aspects of my new car. Details of the service work were explained and the cost of the service was outlined. I've always been comfortable dealing with the people at Crown Acura and plan to continue in the future. More

Courteous and professional service My engine light came on and I brought my RSX in for a diagnosis. The customer service was great and Bart explained what I needed done in detail and quickly set up my appointment and ordered the necessary parts. I brought my vehicle in the next day and the service was prompt and professional. I received a courtesy call when my car was ready from Bart and he said that Brian would be taking care of me when I picked my vehicle up. Brian was very friendly and got me out of there quickly and on my way. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that my car was washed and vacuumed. I highly recommend Crown Acura and the service team. More

A1 Service I recently took my ILX in for an A1 service with Dan Victory. Unfortunately, my schedule can be hectic and I had to reschedule the appointment three t I recently took my ILX in for an A1 service with Dan Victory. Unfortunately, my schedule can be hectic and I had to reschedule the appointment three times. The final scheduled appointment did not show up on Mr. Victory's schedule and it was not a problem. My car was serviced and completed within the hour and I was on my way. The service expense was reasonable and he did alert me to future service that would have to be done to maintain good working condition of my car. Great service, Dan is always pleasant to deal with and is an asset to Crown Acura. Thank you, Karen More
